Over 100 guests filled the Wide World Ferrari showroom on March 5 for the opening of the F1 season. The Bahrain Gran Prix was broadcast on Wide World’s massive TV screen such that we had the sense we were actually there. It was larger than life. Wide World had provided a variety of food vendor trucks and a skilled barista was stationed inside the showroom as well. While the outcome of the race did not thrill Ferrari fans, it was great to see everyone supporting the red cars none the less. We want to thank Wide World for extending this invitation to the Empire State Region’s Hudson Valley Chapter and remain hopeful that we can repeat such an event at future races. Next time with a better outcome for Charles and Carlos of course.
